Game Tester
So the interview was in 4 stages. First, a telephonic call with basic questions to see if I fit. Then, Technical round 1, followed by another Technical-Managerial round 2. Lastly, the HR Round. It was pretty easy, and I cleared all of them. They offered me a position, but the salary wasn't what I expected, so we were negotiating. A week later, they called again, saying my profile was being considered for a different role in another team. This took about 3 more weeks to process. A senior guy called and interviewed me for about 40 minutes. Then I was told I'd have to go through more rounds for this new position. After another 2 weeks, the HR let me know that the role I was shortlisted for needed more experience, and the one I was interviewed for earlier was filled by someone who joined immediately. It was quite disappointing and unprofessional.

Marketing
I chatted with the recruiter about my fit for the Marketing job and what the hiring manager was looking for. The hiring manager was supposed to call me about a week later but didn't show up and didn't let me know. I contacted the recruiter again, and he apologized and set up another call for the end of the day. I was leaving the office when the hiring manager called. I called back three minutes later from my car and got his voicemail. I told the recruiter again, and he apologized and said he'd reschedule another call. The next morning, I got a generic email from the recruiter saying they decided to hire other candidates who were a better match. This whole thing gave me an idea of GSN's business culture and hiring process—it seems like they don't value or respect applicants' time. After seeing other GSN interviews, my experience seems to be typical, which should give you a good picture of GSN as a company.

Manager
Recruiter contacted me for a phone screen, which I passed. Next, I had a 30-minute Skype call with the hiring manager in Boston. The recruiter said it went well and they wanted to set up another call with the VP. We scheduled the VP call, but it had to be postponed because the VP was unavailable. The recruiter promised to reschedule but never followed up. I reached out to the recruiter more than twice for an update but received no response. It was quite frustrating and unprofessional not to get any update, even if I wasn't a good fit.
