HR was super fast with setting up interviews and replying to emails. I went through 3 interviews in total, and didn't get to meet the team beforehand. All interviews were one-on-one.

Participei do processo seletivo em maio de 2022. Tive 3 entrevistas no total, com a segunda sendo uma apresentação de projeto técnico. Mencionei que precisava melhorar meu inglês, e o pesquisador que me entrevistou disse que a empresa me apoiaria no crescimento mesmo com essa limitação. Não fiz nenhuma entrevista em inglês e não me pediram para falar nada. No meu último contato, falaram sobre plano de saúde e benefícios. Cheguei a ouvir um 'se você chegou até aqui, deve imaginar o resultado'. No dia seguinte, quando esperava a negociação de salário, me avisaram que não poderia assumir por não ser fluente em inglês. Me propus a conversar com alguém de lá e enviei uma carta de recomendação do meu ex-chefe dos EUA. Não tive retorno. Me senti desrespeitada no processo.

The interview was nice but very short, only 30 minutes, which wasn't enough time to answer everything they asked. They could have been more organized. But it's a good startup with skilled professionals.

Fairly simple interview process - first there was a call, then you met with the hiring manager, took a personality quiz, and finally interviewed with some team members. But honestly, after going through all these rounds and putting in the time, they don't give you any updates or feedback unless you specifically ask for it, which is basically ghosting.
