Industrial Designer Intern
They first ask some general questions to get a sense of your background and how you think. Then, you'll show off a project from your portfolio that demonstrates your abilities, creativity, and how you tackle real-world issues.

Mechanical Engineer
We emailed back and forth to set up a time. The interview was held online via Zoom and was about 20 minutes long. We chatted about my previous jobs and activities outside of school, then talked about what the job involves and my expectations. It was a pretty chill, friendly conversation.

Intern
The technical and HR interviews were pretty straightforward after I applied online. The technical part was to validate skills, and if I passed that, the HR interview was to confirm pay and benefits. There's also a process for security clearance if needed, which is part of the HR interview.
- Tell me about your previous experience in technology or your exposure to it during university.
Financial Analyst
The interview process was really long and drawn out. It started with an HR call, and then I had to wait a whole month for the second interview. After that, they didn't get back to me for another month and ended up closing the position.
