I found the job on CraigsList and had a phone screen first. Then there was an in-person interview which was pretty uninspiring - just canned questions and the interviewer yawned. They didn't follow up about the next steps, and their response to my thank you note was only three words.

I applied for the job about a month ago and last week got a request for a phone interview with the HR Coordinator. The next day, she emailed me for a Zoom interview with the Director of HR for the following Monday, October 15th. After shuffling my schedule, I was able to join the meeting at 3:50pm. It was set for 4:00pm CST (2:00pm PT her time). After 10 minutes, I emailed the coordinator that nobody showed up. Then I called, and it went to voicemail. As it was getting close to 4:30pm, I left the meeting because it was clear no one was going to appear. Nobody has even responded to me about what happened. I sent an email to the coordinator saying I was no longer interested. This has never happened to me before and it's really unprofessional. Just like you don't want your time wasted, please don't waste mine, and that's how I feel this went.

Applied online, then got a call for a phone screen the next day and moved on to the 2nd round. Things got held up because the HR director was out of office. We finally scheduled a video interview but it got cancelled again because the HR director was out of office. In the end, the job got cancelled because of a decision from the leadership team (?).
