The interview setting was nice and inviting. The person interviewing me asked good questions, and I felt good and backed up when I answered. The company's mission and targets were in line with what I want, which made me feel good about possibly working together. All in all, it was a great experience and I'm excited to possibly join the team.

The interview process happened pretty quickly. First, I had a phone interview with someone named Mason, and right after that, they set up an in-person interview. The whole thing was really fast and smooth. Then, I actually reached out to see if we could speed up the next step, which was to chat with some of the ladies I'd be working closely with and also to talk to the person handling benefits.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The recruiting team was super easy to get a hold of. There were three parts to the interview process total. First, I spoke with a Recruiter over the phone. Then, I had a virtual meeting via Zoom with some of the leadership and the President. Finally, I went in person to meet the team I'd be working with. The whole thing took about two weeks.
