The interview process was 3 phases. Phase one, a phone call with recruitment person, asking very basic questions like salary expectation, current/past experience etc. Phase two, a video phone call with HR, with exact same questions but the previous interviewer "scared" me telling me to be super prepared as it was a tough interview. Made it to the third and final round which was a video call with 2 sales managers. They wanted really specific hard data, numbers and examples, of which I wasn't able to provide. I did not get the job. If you can give really specific examples you will do well.

They talked to me a bunch, seemed genuinely interested in me as a person. The last part was a sales pitch where I had to show off what I know and how I lead. They asked me which location I preferred, but no promises.
