First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GALLO.
Sales Development Representative
The interview process was great. They genuinely wanted to get to know you as a person and see how you'd do in a sales position. They were personable and engaging. They were also quick to respond.
- Could you share an instance where you made an error, and how did that experience alter your perspective on your work?
- Describe a mistake you made and how it influenced your view of the job.
Sales Development Representative
This was my first interview after meeting them at a career fair on campus. They got in touch with me really fast and I was happy to agree to an interview the very next day. The interview went well; the people I spoke with were easy to talk to and asked me some good questions to get to know me.
- Do you see yourself taking on more leadership roles in this company in the future?
Sales Development Representative
The interview was super rushed as it was set on short notice. I was called back for a second interview which I think went well too. They later told me I wasn't a good fit.
- What drives you to perform at your best?
