Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at GALLO.
Marketing Assistant
The interview process was quite long, spanning over two months. It started with a screening phone call, followed by a video recorded interview, then a Zoom interview, and finally an in-person interview. The final stage lasted two days: one day involved a property walk-through, and the other day consisted of interviewing in three breakout sessions with more than 15 candidates. After all this, I was ghosted for two months before they finally decided not to offer me the position.

Marketing Assistant
The recruiter gave me a call for a casual chat. We chatted about my resume and the job responsibilities. Then we talked about why I wanted to join the company and what the organization's culture is like.

- What are your thoughts on the company culture?
Digital Marketing Assistant
It's a full day of back to back interviews from team members you may interact with to coworkers that you work with day to day. You will be in one room for most of the day. Then you will have a lunch interview and then begins the campus field trip to see the highlights of the winery.
