Met at a conference. Spoke to a recruiter about my goals, they intro'd me to a team member for the division i was interested in, and after an incredible chat, team member set me up for an interview later in the day. Interview was about 30 minutes, very conversational (make sure you hit your points)

The interview started with a 30-minute phone call, followed by a two-day on-site conference. The first day included a tour and a dinner. The second day consisted of three 30-minute interviews. While the conference experience was great, with everything provided and paid for, it was hard to reach the recruiter for details beforehand, and I only got the schedule a day or two prior.
