I first spoke with a recruiter at a local career fair. The whole process took about two weeks. Then, I was called in for a one-on-one interview near campus. The interviewer was very systematic and didn't seem interested in answering my questions. They gave me unsolicited constructive criticism about my interview, which, while helpful, felt rude to be told what I was doing wrong before the interview was even over.

Behavioral Technical Case

About a month after applying, I got an invite for an interview. The first step was a 30-minute phone call, which was pretty nice. It included some questions about my background, and then I got to ask them stuff. About 2-3 weeks later, they invited me to their Modesto location for more interviews. I couldn't make the tour or dinner the night before. The actual interview day went well. I met with 3 IT project managers. Two of them asked about my experience and used behavioral questions. One session involved a case study on project management. Two weeks after that, I got an offer, which I accepted!

Behavioral Technical

I got an email about 2-3 weeks after I applied. The first part was a digital interview through Hirevue, which was mostly behavioral questions. Then, they asked me for a 30-minute phone call with the hiring manager about a week after the digital interview, and that was also mostly behavioral questions.

  • Can you tell me about a time you had to solve a complicated problem?
