Brand Manager
The team was super friendly all the way through, even saying positive things during my presentation. I shared some marketing ideas that they coincidentally said they were already considering, which I guess shows I get the brand and align with their strategy. A few days later though, I got the most confusing feedback ever. I reached out to HR for details to figure out what the problem was, especially after such a smooth interview, but never heard back. While I'm fine with a 'no' and learning from feedback, the whole experience felt disjointed and surprising given the interview vibe versus the final outcome.

Brand Manager
I got an email to schedule a phone screen for the Associate Brand Manager role. The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, which I thought was promising. About ten minutes before our scheduled call, the recruiter asked to reschedule for the next day. I couldn't make it the next day, so I proposed a different day. After not hearing back, I followed up. Still no response, so I followed up again. I haven't heard back yet, but I've seen the recruiter posting on LinkedIn. Honestly, I wouldn't want to move forward with this company; they seem unprofessional and don't respect people's time.

Brand Manager
Gallo's interview process is pretty top-notch for CPG roles. Scheduling is a breeze, and they're super fast with feedback on moving forward. What really stood out was how genuine and friendly everyone was, making the conversations really engaging. They made me feel totally at ease and were happy to answer all my questions about the company and the industry.
