Two interviews - first round is 30 mins a behavioral. Second round is 4 30-minute interviews, all behavioral, with two interviewers for each. Relatively easy - make sure to have basic insurance and broking background a connection to your future.

The beginning of the process seemed pretty good and well-organized by HR. However, the follow-up was really poor, and I was left hanging by the claims management. HR said they'd follow up the week after, but their response to my email a week later was that the manager was out and would get back to me the next week. It's been three weeks since then and I haven't heard anything.

So I had two interviews, one was a 30-minute one-on-one, and the other was a 1-hour panel interview. It was a pretty standard interview process overall, with a mix of behavioral and some technical questions. I thought the interviews went well.

I was emailed to schedule an interview, and when I clicked the link to do so, there were no open slots. I emailed the recruiter for 2 days because I thought this was odd, and she was able to fit me in that following Friday. As soon as we got on the call, she asked me about something on my resume, also insurance related, and told me that my qualifications weren’t right for the position. We hadn’t been on the call 30 seconds and clearly, I’d been emailed to interview. It was a disheartening experience with their company and I wouldn’t recommend.
