Technical Behavioral

The whole thing took 3 weeks. I went through a recruitment agency. I successfully passed all the steps (1 speed jobbing + 1 technical interview + 1 N+2 interview). They kept telling me my profile was a great fit for the role. On Monday, they told me they'd make an offer. They added a final chat with a future colleague, which wasn't planned. Then on Friday, it was a shocker. They called to say they couldn't give a clear answer yet because HR was waiting for feedback on another candidate who interviewed that week. The following Monday, they casually told me another candidate was selected... The agency recruiter was as surprised as I was. Inconsistent communication from Galileo. It lacked seriousness and professionalism. I wasted my time.

Technical Case Behavioral Behavioral Behavioral

After applying online and completing a psychometric test, I had an initial HR interview. Then, I was given a case study (which took a significant amount of time, and I was later told they intentionally gave me vague instructions). Following that, there was supposed to be an interview with my future N+1 and N+2. However, the N+2 was absent due to being too busy, so I was informed a third interview would be necessary. A few days later, a colleague from another department scheduled an unexpected new interview with the N+2 present. I made myself available for it. Ultimately, the N+2 was again absent, still too busy, so the discussion happened without her. I was expecting a fourth interview... And then nothing! So, after 1 test, 1 case study, and 3 interviews, I heard nothing further. At this point, the least they could have done was inform me. I feel like it was a big waste of time.
