The interview process was quick and easy. They asked standard questions about my experience and motivations, my potential tasks in the department, and information about the company structure and systems. They also discussed terms like salary and vacation. I received a response within 3 days, and the process went smoothly.

The interview process dragged on for weeks. I only received a rejection after asking about it a few weeks later. The conversation was one-sided with no real exchange. The salary offered was also very low, even though they mentioned I had a lot of experience. The first interview felt like just going through the motions.

The interview at Galeria was really calm and chill. It felt friendly, almost laid-back. There wasn't a set list of questions; they just asked me to talk a bit about myself. What was great was that they took their time to explain everything clearly, both about the job itself and the general working conditions.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • I was able to freely discuss my past experiences, my interests, and my reasons for wanting to work in sales.
  • They listened attentively, and there were no awkward or tough questions.
  • It felt more like a casual getting-to-know-you session than a formal interview.

The application process was great, directly through the department and without HR. Scheduling was fast and there were multiple interviews. However, the interview formats changed: first virtual with a sudden external service provider. The role expectations shifted between strategic PMO and operational process documentation. Retail experience was only mentioned late as a MUST-HAVE requirement. The methodology was unclear, shifting between Scrum, Kanban, and classic approaches. Communication was inconsistent and decision paths were unclear. Strategic market and future questions played a minor role in the interview.
