First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gale Healthcare Solutions.
Recruiter
The process was quick and easy. I wouldn't join though as the company is going downwards and have the tendency to lay you off without any warnings. Find an old employee and ask them.
- Tell me about times you have experienced certain situations.
Healthcare Recruiter
I applied for the Specialty Healthcare Recruiter 100% Remote 1099 contract role and felt the application process was very misleading. I was given a choice to start as myself or use my business name. When I chose to use my business name, my contract was not accepted. I had completed the training and was ready to go, but was denied access due to a conflict of interest. This issue was mentioned during the interview, but it wasn't made clear that this would be a reason to withdraw the offer. Instead of a non-compete agreement, I ended up wasting my time going through the process and receiving a 'Welcome to Gale' email with onboarding instructions. This email was sent after I had already signed contracts, which was very disappointing.
- Can you commit to at least 20 hours per week for this role?
STNA/CNA
Booked an interview. Had a phone call. Then had to wait a long time. After that, I had to set up a profile on an app. But the app didn't work. And I could never get a hold of anyone or get a shift. I was left waiting for a response and got the run around. I went weeks without a shift.
- What makes you enjoy being a CNA?
Call Center Agent
The interview process was easy but lengthy, spanning about a month from the initial recruiter call to the final interview with the director via Zoom. No drug screen was required as it was for an internal employee.
- Can you tell me about a previous job you held?
