the interview was welcoming and easy, a nice process, and they were very respectful. I got a call back. It's a job I can recommend if you're starting and need a job, but not one to stay in for too long.

I met with a representative first, then I took a quick quiz on some basic C++ programs and electronic topics. After that, I had a one-on-one interview with a representative where we talked about my interests and skills, general work environment stuff, and some questions about how to handle customer service. Lastly, they gave me a tour of the facility and showed me how everything works at GAL.

The hiring process started with a phone screen, followed by two to three virtual and onsite interviews. It all wrapped up in about two weeks, and I felt they were quite thorough. The HR team kept me well-informed on what to expect next, and everything flowed nicely.

After the first initial phone screen call and second video call interview, there was no follow-up or update for a month. A simple follow-up/update email would have been greatly appreciated.
