I had 1 interview first with the hiring manager, and then I had 1 more interview with 2 of the managers of the team. The 2nd phase interview is the one that the bottom questions are referring to, I found the first interview to be fairly easy and straight forward.

The recruiter messed up our first zoom call and was late. It turned into two interviews instead of one. I then had two panel interviews. The recruiter messed up the time for the final interview again, but I was able to do it. A few days later, I got a rejection email. I felt a phone call would have been better after preparing a sales pitch and doing four interviews. I got a generic rejection and when I asked for feedback, I was told the same thing. The job was reopened five days later. They didn't hire anyone, they just didn't hire me. They couldn't give me a real reason why I wasn't chosen and just reopened the job posting.

I sent in my resume online a few weeks back. After that, a recruiter called me to set up a phone interview. Once I finished that, I got scheduled for an in-person interview with a group of 4 leads and a manager. This was just two days ago, and I haven't heard anything back yet. I didn't have the direct contact details for the managers I met with, so I sent a thank you email to the recruiter and asked her to pass along my thank you letter to them. The recruiter got back to me to confirm she sent it and that I should find out about the interview outcome by the end of this week. The team I met with was really relaxed, and I wasn't as anxious as I normally would be. We started with me talking about my past job, and then we moved on to some behavioral questions. Update: I got an offer 4 days later, pending a background and drug screening. I'm super excited!

The interview process was great upfront but 2 days before I was supposed to start they pulled my offer because I worked for the parent company (State Farm) and State Farm refused to release employee rehire status, which they refuse to do by policy (they only release title, tenure, and location) so this put me in a no-win situation. After many calls to State Farm and Gainsco there was no resolution and they pulled the offer.
