I went to a walk-in interview in Navalur, Chennai. The whole process was quite good, and everyone seemed very talented. It started with an aptitude test covering quant, logical reasoning, and English. They announced the results in about 10 minutes, and I got through to the next stage. The HR mentioned that the interview panel wasn't available right away and asked me to wait for about 90 minutes. After exactly 90 minutes, the first face-to-face technical discussion began. Since I have experience, they asked me about Java concepts and to write some SQL queries. I felt I did well. They also threw in some tricky logical puzzles, which I couldn't quite solve. I waited again for the results, and within 20 minutes, I found out I passed this round. Then, I was called for a second face-to-face technical discussion, which was also the final round. This time, they asked me to write more Java programs, discuss my previous projects, write more SQL queries, and tackle another logical puzzle. Except for a couple of SQL queries and the logical problem, I answered everything correctly. The interviewer seemed happy with my Java programming skills. I was asked to wait for the final decision. After about 10 minutes, the HR came to me and asked how the interview went. I said it was great. The HR then told me that my interviewer didn't give a positive response and that I could leave. I was really surprised by this outcome, as I thought I performed well. I'm not sure who to ask for a reason or if the whole thing was just for show.

The interview was simple. First of all, they took a written test and then the second round was skype round. They basically, focus on logical reasoning. Overall it is two days process.

This was the worst interview process I've ever seen. First, they gave me a reading comprehension paper. After five minutes, they returned it with a new paper containing reading comprehension questions, out-of-the-box puzzles, a personality test, and finally, image puzzles and word collections. They gave about 40 minutes for this. After finishing, they asked me to wait half an hour for the correction. But within five minutes, they announced the next round results. I was very disappointed because they didn't even look at the papers and shortlisted candidates based on their own judgment. This is the worst selection process I've encountered.
