The interview process was long and tough. There were 2-3 hour interviews focusing on your logical thinking and IQ. There was also a psychometric test that you should answer honestly. You won't get an offer even if you ace the interview but fail the psychometric test.

It was a really long and draining 6 interview rounds, all focused on my resume and experience. Honestly, it was the worst interview experience ever, even though I eventually got the job. They made me wait two agonizing weeks for a joining letter, and that was only after I called them repeatedly. I wouldn't recommend this company because they initially tell you your work location is Noida, but then when they finally give you the joining letter, they say you have to join in Chennai. Honestly, just don't waste your time and money on their interview process.

The process had 5-6 rounds. Round 1 was an aptitude written test, moderately difficult, with about 80 out of 200 people shortlisted. Round 2 was an interview to get to know you and your resume, including 2-3 math questions and calculations. Round 3 was a case study round. Round 4 was a guestimates round. Round 5 was a puzzles round. Round 6 was basically an interaction round with the director.
