The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple if you're prepped. You'll get typical questions about why you want to work here and your interest in the markets. Expect some more in-depth market-related technical questions focusing on charts and fundamentals. Make sure you're ready to chat about what's happening in the markets now and predict what might happen in the future using your own analysis and what most people think. Also, definitely know the specifics about other financial markets like stocks, options, and futures, and how they influence each other.

The first interaction was a casual phone call, not really a formal interview. It was mostly about my background and if I knew about the company. The recruiter went through the job description and confirmed my interest. They then scheduled the main interview and asked me to resend my resume and wait for details about the office location. The actual interview was pretty standard. I had to fill out an application upon arrival and then met with three interviewers. Two of them were engaged, but one seemed completely uninterested. The whole thing lasted about an hour. The questions were typical for an entry-level role. I had prepared using an online guide, and it seemed like one of the interviewers might have been using the same resource. They asked several 'tell me about yourself' type questions in a row, just like on their website. There were also some finance-related technical questions, but they seemed more about testing logic than specific knowledge. I got an email to schedule a phone interview with HR. Then, HR sent another email for an on-site interview. It was an hour and a half long and I met with the Treasury manager, Team Leader, and Treasury Director. It was pretty chill, more about if I was a good fit and just talking, not many technical questions. There was a long wait between interviews, like 20-30 minutes. The director said it went well but I didn't get an offer.
