Client Delivery Manager
I met with 4 different employees. Everyone was super friendly and fun to chat with. They asked some great questions. However, they were pretty vague about the roles themselves. I get that in consulting you can wear many hats, but it took until the fourth interview for someone to actually say it's a communications consulting firm and not really an employee engagement one. The company seems great and they do good work, but they have an identity issue and don't answer questions directly about the roles.
- Can you discuss your past work experience?
- How do you manage in an environment that changes quickly and at a fast pace?
Knowledge Manager
A couple weeks after applying, I was contacted for a phone interview. It was a bit unusual because I was instructed to call the interviewer at the scheduled time, rather than being called by the company. Near the end of the call, I was told to email the interviewer in two weeks to check on my application status, which also struck me as odd. When I followed up two weeks later, the person I spoke with said her colleague would be reviewing applications and would get back to me in a few days. After another week and a half with no word, I reached out again to see if I was still being considered. I never received a response, which was highly unprofessional given I was expecting an update over a week prior.

Project Coordinator
It was a pretty clear and straightforward process with an initial phone screen and a detailed application. Then there was an in-person panel interview, followed by a reference check, drug test, and background check. The recruiter and HR manager were very helpful throughout the process.
- Can you tell me about how you maintain organization?
Consultant
It was a lengthy process with multiple discussions spread over several weeks. The office is quite nice, situated right in the center of downtown Chicago. The last interview involved a group of four interviewers with different levels of experience, and the atmosphere was welcoming.
- What's your approach to prioritization when you're feeling overloaded?
