The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I spoke with the direct supervisor, then it moved to a group interview with four people. It felt more like a back-and-forth chat rather than a rapid-fire Q&A, and I didn't really get a chance to ask clarifying questions or follow-ups.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a long interview process. First, I had a phone screening with HR. Then, I interviewed with the direct report manager(s). The final round was a panel interview with various people, including senior executives. For the final round, I had to prepare and give a presentation. In between interview rounds, I also had to complete 3 online personality and professional aptitude assessments.

Applied online, then had a preliminary phone screen that was behavioral. Next, a technical interview where they asked about my experience in certain subjects. They mentioned they could teach technical skills but not customer service. After that, I had to do an IQ and personality test to see if I could deal with customers well. Mine was mostly okay, but I missed a couple of things that probably would have changed my score. Then, a panel interview with both technical and behavioral questions. A background check followed. In the end, I didn't get the job. I asked for feedback, but none was provided.

GadellNet has a really thorough interview process, which I actually think is great because it gives you a good sense of the company and whether it's the right place for you. My first step was a phone interview with HR, which was a nice intro to GadellNet, covering culture and benefits. Next, I had a phone interview with one of the Directors. Finally, I went to the office for a panel interview with my potential colleagues, the CEO, CTO, and COO. They were really welcoming and made a potentially stressful situation much more comfortable.
