Operations Manager
Standard question, no how did you hear about the company, what can you bring to to the table. What is my experience in relation to this role, salary expectations, notice parade.
- What can you bring to the table?
- What is your experience in relation to this role?
- What are your salary expectations?
Shift Supervisor
The interview process was very professional. I was asked questions from a required outline about my skills and abilities. Major Christopher Casper was extremely professional and a good man. I was told I was overqualified for the Shift Supervisor position and would go very high in the company. I felt very good about myself and accepted a position higher up in the company. I know they don't pay very good at the lower levels but I plan to make a career here if the people in corporate are as professional as they seem. I want to work up to the position that actually finds clients and creates contracts.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses, what can you bring to the table, and why should we hire you?
Area Manager
It was a small interview with HR and the General Manager. Since I was already an employee of the company and looking to advance, I had to compete with other internal employees and external candidates. The process was quite formal and lasted several weeks.
- What makes you want this role?
