The interview process was a bit long, but I thought it was thorough and a good experience overall. I was brought back for three different interviews with several people, and the whole thing took about three months. To be fair, this was during the holidays, so I don't really blame the company. It's a hard time of year to find jobs.

My first interview was a group one. They didn't tell us anything about it until we were all in the room. We did self-introductions and then a group presentation about the industry. After that, I had a second interview with 3 managers and HR. They asked me some situational questions. An hour later, they told me I wouldn't be hired as a MT but they offered me another position. I'm not sure how legit that was.
