I was contacted by a recruiter from G4F in Brasilia for a position with a public sector client. I had the interview and felt my ideas were well received, and according to the recruiter, the client requested my documents. The process took almost a month to get a response, which I found a bit strange. They responded on a weekend, which I thought was unusual because, even for a CLT position, recruiters usually respond during business hours. They told me I didn't advance because they chose another candidate. What bothered me was that the process didn't provide feedback on why they chose another candidate, especially after I had already sent my documents. I think it was wrong to request documents at that stage; they should have waited until after the management phase. I believe the HR management should be more careful in relaying client responses promptly and during business hours, and be more specific with their feedback. Regardless, I'd still be interested in another selection process because of how I was approached and their politeness. I hope my account is helpful. Sincerely,
- They asked about my experiences and some client data, and also asked something about my personal life. They also requested my documents.

O processo foi bem rápido. O recrutador me achou no LinkedIn e falou comigo por chat e WhatsApp.

Assistant
I interviewed about three months ago. The recruiters were nice and encouraging at first, saying things like 'You're the ideal candidate!' They asked for my documents and scheduled the interview for the next day. They even rescheduled the interview and notified me just hours before the meeting, but I still made myself available. The interview was very quick because the representative from the agency I would be assigned to didn't know much about the process. There were delays, and after all my effort, I didn't even get a response. I tried contacting them multiple times via WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn, but the recruiters just ignored me. I've even been sending my resume for all available positions on the G4F website, but I've never been contacted for an interview again, even though I meet the requirements. It feels like my profile has been banned by the company without any justification or prior notice. Another thing is that the advertised positions are republished after a few days and then marked as 'completed' or 'canceled' on the company's website. This behavior is emotionally taxing for candidates, causing anxiety and demotivation. The recruiters who contact us claim to be psychologists but lack empathy and humanity, as ignoring a candidate after an interview is emotionally damaging to someone who made themselves available. Regarding the interview I had months ago, the last I heard was that my resume was still under review. Sometimes, negative feedback is more helpful than no response at all. I hope that after many reports like mine, G4F will start acting respectfully towards its candidates, especially by training its recruiters to be more responsible in the recruitment and selection process.
