It was great, they really made it easy and I got to see the factories beforehand. They even provided food for the interns which was a nice touch, but the interview itself wasn't very technical, mainly behavioral questions. I really enjoyed it!

The process started with a short notice interview on a Saturday morning after a Thursday afternoon call. I met with three managers for two hours, and they all asked similar questions from a list, plus a strange one about a third arm. Afterward, the HR Recruiter mentioned an orientation for the next day, Sunday, at 1:00 PM for a couple of hours. I attended with about 25 other people, and the recruiter claimed I was the only candidate for my specific role, which seemed untrue. The orientation included company history and two group exercises. We were given a bottle of wine and a Target gift card as compensation for the weekend time. I was told I'd hear back the following week, but I received an email a week and a half later stating they chose another candidate.

They had a lot of people interview me. It felt like too many, honestly. The whole thing was exhausting and made me feel like I was running for political office trying to win votes. I liked all the people I met, but if I hadn't gotten the job, I would've probably given it a bad rating because it would have been a huge waste of my time. We really need to cut down on the number of people candidates meet. It's not efficient, doesn't really help make a better decision, and it leaves a bad impression on applicants.

I applied online and then had a phone screen with HR. After that, I had a scheduled interview which turned out to be four separate half-hour interviews. It was kind of awkward because managers kept coming and going, and a lot of the questions they asked were repeated. One of the interviewers seemed totally unprepared and just fumbled through it. It really could have been a more organized and quicker process.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you describe a time you handled a challenging customer and your approach?
  • What do you consider your greatest weakness?
