The interview process was smooth. The recruiter was awesome, making scheduling easy, keeping me updated, and checking in often. The interviewers were thorough and challenged me with great questions.

Scheduling this interview was incredibly difficult, I had to keep providing my availability for two weeks straight. After finally scheduling, the first interview went fine. It was a great discussion, and the interviewer seemed engaged and personable. They said they wanted to move forward with a mock demo, followed by a panel interview. After I provided my availability again for another two weeks and followed up multiple times with no response, I withdrew my application. It felt like a complete waste of time for everyone. If scheduling is tough, at least follow up to let candidates know you're working on it. If you can't schedule within a week, ask for availability further out. It seems like other people have had this same issue based on reviews.

This was the longest interview process I've ever experienced, spanning 7 weeks. I met with 7 different people plus a panel. I had to create a program and present it over Zoom. There was also an aptitude test. I didn't hear back for two weeks, and unfortunately, they decided not to move forward with my candidacy. While the interviewers were very pleasant, the overall process felt unfair given the current tough economic times and the timing right before the holidays. It seems they might be struggling to manage the interview load. I would have enjoyed working with them and contributing to their team. Wishing G2 the best; they seem like a great company.
