I asked about the Local Driver job and they said they'd email me about pay. After I applied, I got set up for an interview with the driver manager. Then I was offered the job and set up for orientation. There weren't really questions, it was more about them telling me what they expected and looking over my application.

I got a phone call on Thursday, and they talked about the job with me. They asked me about my past jobs and why I wasn't working. I answered their questions and they set up a face to face interview at the shop. I talked with the boss and he told me they was gonna hire me and set me up to go pee in a cup.

The interviewer seemed a bit unsettling, staring blankly with his hands between his legs. Despite that, I answered his questions thoroughly. It felt like they were really short-handed because I was presented with offers for three different jobs and asked to pick one. Later, after seeing online reviews, it made sense that this company's standards are quite low.
