When I arrived to apply, the whole process took about two hours. First, you sign in and fill out a short form about your experience. Then, they call you back to a computer room where you complete the full application. After that, there's a typing test where you need to type at 25 words per minute with 80% accuracy, with three attempts allowed. You're given three paragraphs to retype, making corrections as you go. Following the typing test, there's a six-part assessment that includes questions about your preferences (most and least liked traits), word association, advanced math, basic math, word problems, and finally, sequences. Once the testing is done, you have a brief five-minute interview.

I applied online and got a call about a week later. Then I had a phone interview about a week after that. I didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks and figured I didn't get it, but they called me back and I went in for an in-person interview. It was easy if you know your stuff.

I talked to a senior lady who smelled like cigarettes, and it went pretty well. I answered her questions by asking my own. She seemed interested when I talked about bankruptcy collection laws, and I knew some off the top of my head. She told me the hours would be 1 PM to 8 PM on two weekdays, and I said that was fine. I asked if the late hours were because of FCC and time zone rules for people in CA, OR, NV, WA, and part of ID. She said yes, but messed up and said Nevada wasn't a Pacific State. I didn't say anything because she seemed annoyed.
