First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FYZICAL.
Personal Trainer
It was a professional but friendly interview. It started over the phone, and then I had an in-person meeting at the clinic. The process was pretty standard and straightforward. I liked meeting the team and staff.
- Can you describe how you would organize a one-on-one personal training session?
Physical Therapy Aide
I had a chat with one of the physical therapists. They looked over my resume and asked me some questions about my education and if I had any previous work history. It felt like a really good interview overall.
- Do you have any experience as a physical therapist?
- Can you tell me about your education?
- What kind of prior experience do you have?
Physical Therapist
First, there was a quick 10-15 minute phone call. They asked me why I was looking to switch jobs and then wanted me to talk through how I'd handle a specific patient case. If I passed that, I had an in-person interview at their office.
- What's your motivation for seeking a new position?
- Describe your strategy for managing a hypothetical patient scenario.
Physical Therapist
Had an initial online call where I was asked standard interview questions focusing on core values and how they align with the company's. This was followed by an in-person interview that revisited similar questions but in more detail, asking about my biggest identified core value.
- Do you know our core values?
- Can you go through each core value and explain its meaning and how it connects to your personal values?
- If you had to pick one core value, which would be your biggest?
