Billing Support
The interview process seemed to go well at first. Initial interviews included one call with HR, and then a Zoom call with the VP. I was brought in for an in person interview with three team members. I left feeling good about it, emailed thank you notes later in the day. Never got a call or email saying I didn't get the job, was just ghosted. Very unprofessional and rude.
- In five years, where do you envision yourself?
Software Engineer
I had an HR round with them. The interviewer was nice. She explained the role expectations and gave an overview about the company's culture. She asked around 4-5 HR questions including STAR-based questions.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Retirement Plan Consultant
The interview process was pretty simple to start. Everyone I talked to, from the recruiter to the hiring manager and my potential supervisor, was really nice and helpful. I hadn't interviewed for a job in over ten years, so I was pretty nervous, but it was a Microsoft Teams video call since the job is totally remote.
- Can you share an expert skill you possess that would help elevate others on the team to an expert level too?
