Marketing
The interview process was pretty lengthy. I had one phone interview, and 2 separate on-site interviews that were hours long. The on-site interviews consisted of me meeting with at least 7 people each time so I thought that was pretty overkill. When I reached out for an update, I was never given a concrete answer so I just moved on. I would recommend not wasting your time because spending hours and hours meeting with 14 people is not worth it to not even get concrete update on the status of your candidacy. When companies take THAT much time and make you meet with THAT many people, they usually don't know what they want and it will be a waste of your time.
- Tell me about a campaign that you are proud of.
Customer Success Manager
I applied on Indeed and got a phone screen with Loren De Jesus. After that went well, I had an in-person interview with Charles Burbridge, Laura McCreery, and Chad Elbert. HR also had me do an assessment and an essay. I didn't get an offer.
- Can you tell me about your IT experience?
- Have you managed over 200 accounts before?
- Describe your suitability for this role, including relevant background and your biggest strength.
Analytics Manager
The interviewer seemed really focused on "conflicts," like maybe there were a lot happening in the company. The whole vibe was pretty negative, and the interviewer was trying to see if I could handle a contentious work environment.
- In your experience, how do you manage interactions with challenging individuals?
- Describe your approach to resolving difficult situations that arise between team members.
- Could you explain your strategies for managing workplace conflicts?
Sales Manager
It was great, the team was very warm and friendly. They were attentive and caring, and they really listened to my career goals. It was very encouraging, I felt like I met my new employer!
