Behavioral

I was recruited from an online inquiry. A recruiter from the company contacted me and asked me to complete an application via an online portal. This portal also serves as a place for training modules. The training module provided a general overview of the company, the product I would be selling, and some general sales approaches. I did not have any other human interaction besides the initial recruiter call.

Behavioral Presentation

They talk to you on the phone first to gauge your personality. If they like you, they'll send a link to their employee portal. You'll watch about 45 minutes of videos about the company and sales presentations. The next day, they'll call you to discuss the position more. If they like you, they'll offer you the job over the phone. Then they'll send another link to fill out a W2 form, provide a copy of your Driver's License, and confirm your address so they can ship you a tablet via FEDEX overnight.
