Management Analyst
The interview process included a phone interview with a logic test, then another phone interview with the Program Manager, and finally a meeting with onsite clients. The questions asked weren't particularly hard, mostly basic soft-ball questions. They didn't ask about my long-term goals, which made me wonder about retention. They also mentioned it's a chaotic environment. I'm not sure how I feel about the position given the starting pay.
- Basic questions were asked.
- The formal logic segment was the most challenging part.
- Did they ask about your long-term goals?
Web Developer
First, I had a phone interview for about an hour covering technical questions and also some questions about my resume. After that, I went in for a face-to-face interview where I talked with the director and project manager for about 45 minutes. Then I had a brief 15-minute chat with the CEO.
- Can you describe the most challenging problem you've encountered and how you dealt with it?
Software Developer
An old co-worker reached out about a potential job opening and invited me for an interview. It seemed like a great chance for growth. After that, there was some back and forth with HR for pre-hire paperwork, which wasn't too much trouble. The company is small but growing, and new hires are joining early on. The vibe is casual and comfortable, yet productive, making for a good work environment and employee outlook.
- Expect questions about your values and how you'd handle the technical parts of the job.
Product Manager
The interview process involved two to three rounds of interviews with all the upper-level management. They could have conducted all the interviews at the same time, but instead, they had me come in multiple times.
- How would you handle a product manager who is not performing their duties?
