I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and they were really professional, making the interview process smooth and comfortable. During the 3 rounds of interviews, I was kept informed at every step and got quick responses to my questions outside of the interview stages.

The interview process for the Client Financial Analyst at Fusion92 was pretty straightforward. First, there was an initial phone screen with HR. Then, I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager where we talked about technical stuff and my experience working with clients. They really wanted to know about my analytical thinking skills, how good I am with Excel, and if I understand digital marketing ROI. The questions felt practical and not so robotic, and the team was clear about what they were looking for. It felt more like a chat than an interrogation.

The interview process was pretty simple. You get to meet the team you'd be joining. There were a few more interviews after that. It wasn't as many rounds as some companies, which is good because some places really waste your time talking to way too many people. Nothing tricky or out of the ordinary. Overall, it was a smooth and efficient experience.

The interview process was straight forward with a phone interview that was a simple traditional interview. They did not move forward because of my previous salary, which was an issue for a PM in the media agency environment. In a media agency there is no work life balance. Their PM role salary is 75k-85k. When other agency in Chicago such as OMD and Razorfish is 110k - 125k, why not get paid more for it if there is no work life balance. My opinion, this is a newer agency but the salary is extremely low and not competitive at all compared to the marketing media industry.
