Behavioral Other

The whole process from applying to getting hired was lengthy, totaling 6 steps. It included a cognitive assessment, a personality test, and a final presentation. While I learned a lot about myself, by the end I realized I didn't really want to work there. It made me question if the company was over-managed. When HR told me I didn't get the job, I felt relieved. That said, the people I met were nice and friendly. They would be great to work with for the right person (just not me).

First, there was a recruiter screening. Then, I had a 1-on-1 with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with more team members. After that, it was a 1-on-1 with a senior leader, and the process finished with a presentation. The recruiter was really responsive, friendly, and on time. The whole thing moved fast, and the interviewers answered my questions well.

Behavioral Technical

It was initially supposed to be four rounds with the Talent Acquisition person (Mark), but that changed. After talking with Mark, I interviewed with the hiring manager, which seemed to go well. Then I interviewed with two of the hiring manager's direct reports (the North American sales leader and the rest of the world sales leader). To me, all of those went well. After that, I was ghosted. My follow-up emails received no response. I will not work for a company that behaves like this. I understand people are busy, but a simple acknowledgement or a polite rejection is not too much to ask.

Behavioral Technical Other

I found out about this Business Analyst role from a friend. The whole interview process took over 2 months. I had two phone interviews, one with the recruiter and another with the hiring manager. Then, I was called in for a 3-hour face-to-face interview at their office. There were 5 people interviewing me, including management and other employees. They all asked the same typical interview questions. After the interview, I never heard back from them, not even a courtesy call. I tried calling and emailing them several times, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone.
