Interview was easy! They ask the basic questions like what’re you looking for, what’s important to you in terms of setting, pay, location, and all the recruiters I’ve talked to have been pretty knowledgeable about the field overall.

It's more like a conversation, the skills checklist really helps them understand your background. Recruiters want to see your personality and if you're someone they can work with, and how you handle change.

The interview process was very positive and thoughtful in what they are looking for. The team was very friendly and the culture seemed like a good environment. I was a bit surprised that they pulled the offer during negotiations which brought my rank down to a neutral rating. Phone screen with internal recruiter. In person interview with hiring manager (Sr. PM) and Engineering Manager. Discussion of product management processes, MVP, personality traits, tell me a time when... Etc. Virtual interview with Tech lead and a key stakeholder. Discussion on how I collaborate with dev and stakeholders.

So this medical staffing place, their hiring process was pretty straightforward. They looked at my application, then had some screening interviews, followed by behavioral stuff and technical tests. After that, there was a panel interview, and they did reference checks before finally making a job offer. It was a pretty simple process they followed to make sure they got the right people.
