Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Fusion Alliance.
Consultant
A recruiter reached out first, then I had a chat with a senior recruiter. After that, I met with the hiring managers and a senior employee. Everyone was super helpful and nice, and they answered all my questions, giving me a good idea of what to expect.
- In five years, where do you envision yourself?
Consultant
Had some phone interviews. The last thing was a chat about pay with the recruiter. They said they'd get back to me within a week, but then radio silence for months. The same recruiter reached out ages later about the same job. I just didn't reply.
- Could you explain your understanding of data stewardship?
Consultant
First I talked to a recruiter on the phone to check the basics and see if it made sense for me to come in. Then I had a nice in-person chat with another recruiter where we talked about my skills, what I'm looking for, what the job market is like right now, and the details about working at Quick Solutions, like pay and benefits.
- For this role, would you rather be a salaried employee or an independent contractor?
