It was a 3 stage interview process. Pretty simple. The first stage was just to get to know you. The second stage was more about background knowledge and experience. The third stage involved a task. Overall, it was a laid-back and straightforward interview process. I felt it was genuine and they seemed transparent.

Had a phone and video interview process. Started with a recruiter and got down to the final two candidates out of more than 40. An in-person interview was planned but got delayed for weeks. Then, I found out they added a new requirement to the job description and decided to restart the whole process, even after I had been following up for almost 4 months. It felt like a massive waste of time and was really disrespectful, especially considering my senior executive standing in the industry.

It was a really long and drawn-out process. The hiring manager was an hour late, which was a bit of a red flag. After three months, I got a verbal offer, but they wouldn't negotiate anything, not even the salary which was below market rate. When the written offer came, the bonus was less than we'd talked about, and HR wouldn't budge on that either, even trying to say they never mentioned a higher bonus on the phone.

Had an interview with the Executive Producer and two show Producers. It was a friendly chat and they made it enjoyable. They asked me a series of questions about my interest in television and what my goals are for myself at this company.
