The interviewer was great, very informative and I understood the role well. We connected on Linkedin and the interview was over teams. I got the results in 3-4 days. They gave me feedback based on the interview themes.
- Can you describe a time you had to deal with rejection and how you were able to turn it around into a positive outcome?
Digital Marketing Specialist
After a superficial, unenthusiastic, and inattentive in-person introductory interview, I had to prepare two digital marketing projects that ultimately led to nothing, as I was dismissed (three weeks later with no response) with a: 'Great, thanks for the projects. But we've decided to close the hiring process.' Terrible behavior, indicating zero professionalism from this company.
- What do you do in your free time?
Intern
I applied through LinkedIn and then had a video interview. I talked to a manager about the topics and clubs I was involved in. It was for a school ambassador role, so it was a bit different from a typical role. The managers and team there are creative and help guide the school interns to create a good environment.
- Could you tell me about the clubs you are involved in?
Campus Ambassador
The application process was pretty easy and not too much. The interview was really chill and mostly about talking through your experience. Make sure you have event ideas ready for both in-person and digital.
- What campus events do students at your school tend to like, and how can we bring that into the Rep program?
- Come with event ideas, both for in-person and digital.
