It was a pretty positive experience overall, and the person I spoke with was very friendly. They did take a bit of time to get back to me with their feedback. In the end, I wasn't hired because they decided to go with an internal candidate, but they mentioned they'd keep my information on file for similar future openings.

The recruiting manager for the first round of interviews profiled me and didn’t even give me a chance stating she would like a conversation based interview but talked the entire time without letting me respond she moved me to the second round where I felt like I had a really good interview all just for the company to not even respond to me at all. No update no response to my follow up emails super low class.

I was referred by a Funnel employee and immediately heard from a recruiter for a 45-minute phone screen the next day. It went great and she said my background was a perfect fit. Then I had a 30-minute call with the hiring manager the following day, which also felt good. The HM said I'd meet the team onsite the next week, but that never happened and all communication stopped. I've tried reaching out for over 3 weeks with no response or feedback, which is really disappointing. My advice to Funnel: Candidates spend a lot of time prepping, so please respect that. A quick email with feedback, even a template, is better than silence.

I went through several stages. First, there were online tests which weren't too hard, I got about 60%. Then, I had a chat with HR, it was nice, just general questions. The next step was supposed to be with another HR person and a team lead, but the team lead got sick, so it was postponed. Later, they cancelled the whole thing, letting me know they couldn't consider candidates without a Swedish work permit.
