The hiring manager was really friendly and knew their stuff. We had a good talk about what the job involves and what you'd be doing. They also went over how the team is set up and what a typical day looks like. All in all, it was a smooth and productive chat.

I was interviewed by three people who didn’t introduce themselves. There was no job description provided, and they seemed unsure of what they were looking for. When I inquired about their strategy, they reacted as if I had asked for sensitive personal information. They were also unaware of publicly available information regarding their strategy that I mentioned from interviews of their bosses. I suggest not wasting your time with this company, as their stock performance seems to reflect their internal disorganization.

It was a 4 stage interview process. Stage 1 was a Psychometric & Gmat test. Stage 2 was an Online case study and work experience questions. Stage 3 had 2-3 team Interviews plus a business proposal presentation. Stage 4 was a Full day assessment centre. The interviewers were friendly and the format was structured, lasting 45mins-1hour with 15-20 questions. Most questions were about past work, reasons for job changes, favorite aspects, strengths/weaknesses, and understanding of Fung and its business.
