First, there was a 30-minute phone screening to gauge general fit, interest, and experience. Then, about 3-5 back-to-back 30-minute in-person interviews with team members and leaders. They asked standard real estate interview questions.

Invited to the fifth round interview, talking with a few people in the team. Very standard interview process but not sure if it needs 45 minutes every round. And am confused about company team structure and assigned me to talk with random ppl. Recruiting process is not efficient or professional.

Behavioral Technical Other

There were a few rounds where I spoke with different groups. They asked a lot of questions without giving me much time to learn about the company. One interviewer seemed to be texting coworkers, even trying to hide his laughter, which made me feel like they didn't respect the candidates or the process. They also didn't seem very interested in getting to know me. Another person repeatedly said 'this is my last question' about four times. I was initially excited to meet the team, but after the interview, I felt it wasn't the right fit and I wouldn't enjoy working there.
