Receptionist
Applied online. The whole thing took about 2 days. They called me in for an interview. The HR rep was super short and rude. I went in for the interview the next day. When I got there, nobody was around. I had to walk way down the hall to find the nurses station. A nurse went to get the HR rep. She came out like 10 minutes later, gave me a clipboard, told me to fill out an app, and walked off. No pen, no "I'll be back to check on you," nothing. I had to go find her when I was done. So unprofessional, right? The interviewer was really rude and obnoxious. Such a waste of time, especially for the pay they offered.
- What is it about your current job that you dislike?
- Do you have any children?
- What are your job aspirations?
Administrative Intake Coordinator
I applied online and got a call the very next morning. They had me fill out a formal application and then wait for them to call me into their office. I waited about 40 minutes after my scheduled time, filling out paperwork. After they decided to start the interview, two people came in and asked me questions about the facilities and my future plans.
- What is your understanding of our company?
- What are your aspirations for the future?
CMA
First, there was the job description review, then a tour of the facility. I had a full day of orientation where they asked about my experience and real-life situations. There was also a basic exam with 20 questions for the job I applied for. They showed a video about the facility and what's expected of you.
- Can you discuss patient rights?
Administrator
I had a phone chat with the recruiter, then met the Regional in person. It was a fast interview, mostly just going over my work history. They called me back the same day and gave me the job offer.
- Can you tell me about the biggest challenges you've encountered in your career?
