Compliance Coordinator
I was called in for 3 interviews. The first was with manager of the department. The next was with the same manager and an executive. The last was with the CEO and a member of HR.
- What area do you think needs improvement?
Software Engineer
It was a pretty straightforward interview process. First, there was a phone call, then an interview with the technical manager, and finally a coding round. We discussed the company's goals and what they were looking for. Since I don't have a lot of industry experience, they were nice and asked about my coursework and project-related questions. The coding questions involved C# and SQL. Both were pretty easy, so definitely brush up on your OOP concepts!
- Can you describe a challenge you encountered in your projects and how you addressed it?
- Tell me about a challenge you faced in your projects and how you overcame it?
- Could you share a challenge from your projects and how you resolved it?
Graphic Designer
I drove over an hour to Mankato, MN for all three interviews, each interview was about 45-60 min long. After completing all of the interviews I was told that they'd be reaching out to me to let me know fairly quickly, I waited two weeks and then sent an email to followup and see if a candidate had been selected. Received no response and sent an additional email to followup, again received no response. It has been months since my last interview with them and no one from the company has contacted me about the interviews or the position.
- What is something you know more about than anyone you know?
Buyer
They seemed really eager to get moving on hiring. I spoke with the HR manager and two other Buyers. They mentioned that there would be three stages in the interview process. It's been about a month since I interviewed and I still haven't heard anything about whether I got the job or not.
- Can you share a time when you noticed a specific detail that others missed?
