Staff Accountant
First, they made me fill out a survey, then do a basic accounting test. After passing those, they told me the job was 1099 and the pay was lower than advertised. They should be upfront about the job type and pay.

Project Manager
So there are 3 rounds of interviews. First, you get this questionaire where you have to answer some questions about the job you're applying for, to show you know your stuff. Then there's a phone interview that lasts about 30-60 minutes. Finally, there's a final interview that's either in-person or over Zoom and usually takes about 60 minutes.
