Behavioral Case

The interview journey was tough but really fair. It felt like they cared just as much about making sure my skills were a good match as they did about my cultural fit with the team. I went through several interview rounds, which included a take-home assignment. The internal recruiter was super helpful throughout, giving me good info about the process and making me feel at ease.

Behavioral Other

The interview experience was really bad. The interviewer was late for a rescheduled time due to technical issues, and they weren't even on camera for a video call. They kept saying they hated interviewing. They didn't mention anything about the company and asked only five questions, ending the interview early. The interviewer ended by saying I was a great person even if I didn't get the job, which was a terrible way to finish. After waiting three weeks, I received an automated rejection, which prompted this review. The company's image is very poor because of this manager interviewer, who showed no leadership qualities.

Behavioral Case

The interview experience was good and the interviewer was friendly and interesting to talk to. They explained the duties well and asked good questions. It was disappointing to hear about the low salaries and high sales plan. There was also a case study even for this role.
