The whole interview thing lasted about 3 weeks. Everyone I talked to, like the recruiter and hiring manager, was really good at keeping me in the loop. It started with a recruiter screening call, then an interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a take-home challenge. After that, I had about 2.5 hours of back-to-back interviews with the Hiring Manager, Recruiting Manager, VP of Recruiting, Assistant to the VP, and the Recruiter. My feedback would be that maybe they could do a bit more sourcing or thinking before sending people to those really long final rounds.

The interview process with FullStory was amazing. They got back to me really fast, like within a day for each part of the process. It took about a week total from when I started until I got an offer and accepted it! The vibe was super chill and every talk felt like a real chat about my career goals, what I've learned, and where I see myself going. I really liked that they were open to questions too, which was great because I got to chat with some future coworkers and some leaders.

Then, a call with a team lead to discuss background/experience, candidate experience/approach, recruiting best practices, and projects you're proud of. Finally, 2 interviews with People Ops Fullstorians focusing on relationship building, process improvement, hiring manager challenges/consultation, and soft skills.
