The interview process was very thorough with lots of skills tests: math, clerical, and Excel. There were several panel interviews with many people, which was intimidating. It took a while to even get to the in-person interview.

First, you gotta take a basic English and math test. If you pass that, there are a few scenario questions, like 'what would you do?' type questions. Once you get through those, they'll call you in for an interview. It's a panel of 4 or 5 people and they'll ask you questions about your experience with kids, different scenarios, and what kinds of activities you'd plan.
