First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FULLBEAUTY Brands.
Coordinator
It was a pretty chill interview, 3 rounds total, which is pretty standard. You'll talk to the recruiter, the manager, and then the director. Sometimes they take a while to get back to you if they're trying to fill the spot quickly.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Digital Marketing Coordinator
The interview process started with a 30 min phone call with the recruiter. They were nice and gave a lot of details about the job. Then I had two more interviews, one with the hiring manager and one with another person from the business. The interviews were pretty much the same - I got asked some of the same questions by both. The questions were generally easy. After these interviews, I emailed the recruiter to check in (they were pretty good at replying and updating me during the process), but I never heard back. So after three interviews, I was completely ghosted. I also saw the job listing was removed. It's not a good look to ghost candidates who spent a good amount of time interviewing. I guess I'm lucky I didn't get an offer though, because of the really low salary and what seemed like a bad work environment.
- Can you give me 5 words that describe you?
Corporate Office
The company reached out to me. I spoke with the internal recruiter, hiring manager, and two business stakeholders. I had to complete an assignment and then they made an offer, which I rejected for a few reasons: the work environment seemed toxic, the salary was low, there wasn't much transparency about company policies, and they wanted me to start on a date that wouldn't allow for a smooth transition. I was still talking to them after rejecting the offer in case we could work something out, but they didn't seem to care about my transition and their communications about my hesitation were unprofessional and disturbing. This left me with a bad feeling about the company. I don't regret not joining.
- Could you tell me a little bit about yourself?
Customer Marketing Manager
For a Customer Marketing Manager role, you'll usually start with some screening, then they'll check your technical skills. After that, you'll likely face a panel and some behavioral interviews. There might be a presentation involved too, and then final interviews with executives. Be ready for questions about customer marketing strategies, what you've done before, and how you work with others. Make sure to prepare well!
- Tell me about your background in customer segmentation and targeting.
- Can you explain how you've leveraged data to shape your customer marketing approaches?
